They didn't event bother to ask what happened, I sent them a message through their site and they told me they would be be taking my case with Zero information given about what happened. Don't even bother trying to talk with them as they don't care. I spoke to the Kristyann Liko (Case Manager)

Three times in a row I called to get information of a potential malpractice suit, the woman who answered the phone said please hold and then hangs up on me. I called a second time and she simply hung up, the third time, sent me straight to voice mail. F this is how you conduct business, maybe you should simply close your doors.

Dr. Fagel is amazing to watch in action. Being a doctor/lawyer he had total command at each stage of my case. It was clear from the start that the defense side was afraid of him. Whereas my family and I kept getting the runaround after my son was negligently harmed and we couldn't get any answers as to what exactly happened, once we called Dr. Fagel he explained to us exactly what went wrong and gave us the answers we were seeking. He advised us how we can make sure my son is taken care of for the rest of his life and followed through with his promise to zealously advocate on my son's behalf. His grasp of medical/scientific knowledge is truly incredible. He reviewed the thousands of pages of medical records pertaining to my son's care and boiled it down to the key critical mistakes that happened. At the settlement conference, Dr. Fagel laid out every option, explaining the pros and cons to help guide our decisions. Ultimately, he made it very clear that it was totally our choice whether to accept a settlement or go to trial and his job was to make sure we understood the process, what was involved, and how much we would need for my son's care. We ultimately decided to settle because the hospital basically folded once Dr. Fagel started talking. We are very happy with the settlement and can now rest assured knowing our son has everything he could ever need and we can finally move on from this tragic affair. While Dr. Fagel couldn't heal my son himself, he could and did get us the funds to make sure my son and our family is well taken care of, just like he said at the start of our case.

Worse customer service as you can see other review, called wait for 15 minutes I hold than she picked up phone with super bad attitude I decide it to hang up And not working with them, so sad that God know how many business like me she taking out of lawyer book that they don’t get chance to talk to him, he should check the review and change his team

worst customer services ever!! i have a case of Malpractice with my own person regards to my face ! i have been calling and calling and the lady she answer the phone just hang up in your face without ask you or let you know you will be in hold! she just hang up the phone in your face! Who is lady? i just wonder??
