I was told by Mr. Azar that he’d take a case for me he asked that I send him all my documents which took me weeks. To gather and put in date order and highlight everything to make it easier for him to go through all the pages. He told me to call back in a week so I can send him the retainer, he also agreed to come see the damages to my property personally which he never did. I called his office for weeks with no response and about a month later I finally got the office clerk who stated he decided to not take my case after having all my documents for 5 weeks and said it was because he was going to retire. Funny that was a year and 4 months ago and clearly he’s still in practice. How unprofessional to string people along for 5 weeks thinking they are being represented just to coward out and have the clerk send my documents back in the mail. Didn’t even have enough courage to speak to me directly.

If there's one way to I can describe Edward P Azar it would be just like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons. He's all about himself and people who have money to give him. He is extremely rude and thinks he's above the law. He can't have a normal conversation with people. He's very unprofessional at what he does. He thinks he knows the law better than anyone else. When he actually doesn't know half of what he's doing. He makes laws up and believes that they are true. This guy will only take your money and make it seem like he's helping you when in fact he's ripping you off. I'd recommend getting a different lawyer. He will not help your cause what so ever. The only thing I'm hiding is my wallet because your liar and a cheater. You tell people you'll give them a break so you don't get denied payment then you send them a bill for more then what was discussed. Your business is gonna fail because you treat people like a doormat. So sorry that the truth upsets you. I hope everything works out for you once you see the errors you've been making.

Stay away from Ed Azar unprofessional. They made me give one star to post. He doesn’t deserve any stars. Ed you are a liar! On my bill you gave me a two hundred dollar discount. But when I come in to pay my bill you wouldn’t give me my discount . You also sent me one of your clients bill to me. Then ask me how I got it. You are not professional. Keep running your mouth and I will add photos to prove you’re unprofessional and the e-mails you sent me. You’re glad to be done with me. I’ve done nothing wrong but try to pay my bill.

My attorney has been "working" with Mr. Azar since December when his clients accepted our offer on their home. Mr. Azar continues to be the most elusive man on the planet; you probably have a better chance of contacting the Pope and the President at the same time. He consistently does not respond to emails and does not return phone calls from my attorney. Hopefully, we can close in March if and when he decides he wants to respond to settle this. I'm sure he's a great attorney when it doesn't involve real estate.
