Katelyn FitzMorris at Petroske Riezenman & Meyers helped me with my Child Custody & Support case. She was very honest from the start when it came to advising on how the court would go about certain things. She was very professional and always kept me informed on all matters. I met Cliff Petroske in mid 2017 after ten years of litigation with my ex-wife. When I first spoke with him about my case I immediately sensed he was different from the many attorneys who have represented me in the past. The law firm of, Petroske, Riezenman, & Meyers were extremely helpful during a most difficult time. I had originally used them for my initial divorce proceedings a few years ago, and recently needed their services again for a custody modification. Both Mr. Meyers and Mr. Petroske, as well as the entire staff, kept me informed during the whole process. They listened to my concerns, needs, and guided me down the best path possible for me and my children. I used to practice law. Recently a friend came to see me. There was a friend from USA with him, who was on vacation in Moldova. We talked. It turned out that a man from the USA went through a dirty divorce case in the US. In this process I was surpriced by one fact. The former wife hired for her defence the law firm Petroske Riezenman & Meyers P.C. Defended her lawywr Ryan Riezenman.nIn October 2016 husband's lawyer conducted an interrogation under the oath of the ex-wife. Many questions were asked. The ex-wife on 24! questionsgave false answers! The husbans can document this lie. As a rule, a good lawyer is obliged to warn his client about responsability for giving false testimony. Especially at the interrogation under oath. I was surprised that the ex-wife gave so many false answers. From this it can be assumed that the ex-wife did this with the permission of her lawyer.nAt the preliminary sessions the lawyer presented this lie as truth to the judge. Surprised that this is possible in the US legal system.nA question for prospective clients of this firm: Would you like to have an attorney, who on interrogation under oath, authorizes or advises giving false answers? Do you need the protection of such a lawyer? You decide!

You've been warned... Over $80,000 billed and 3 long stressful years wasted, for no custody issues and few simple assets. DO NOT use Petroske unless you enjoy dragging out the proceedings over many years, being ripped off, poorly represented and a less than equal or fair outcome. In my humble opinion, he milked the case for all he could and failed miserably to adequately represent me. Petroske will follow this review with some lame story but I assure you my experience was a nightmare and disaster with him at the helm. Look for a different attorney to avoid paying way too much for much to little and a lousy outcome. And remember, you were warned, I wish I had been!
