Called with a simple question and received a good answer. An actual attorney answered the phone and was polite and knowledgeable. Didn't try to hustle me or take a retainer before finding out the basics. Our conversation did not result in me retaining the Bemis firm at this time, but when the need arises, I will definitely hire this firm.

Bemis Law Office was great. They did me 100% + good. With out Bemis law office I would have never collected the money owed me. Bemis was very reasonable on the cost. Other attorneys I contacted wanted so much down just to start I could not afford it. If i ever need a Attorney again it will be Bemis I call. I suggest you check it out first you wont be disappointed.

This firm is very effective at recovering unpaid invoices. Don't let the bad reviews fool you. Those are the people who got sued for not paying their bills. Highly recommended law firm.

Called to go over a case regarding debt collection. The attorney I spoke to was very nice and very patient. I never felt rushed or that I was wasting his time. It was a free consultation but it felt that I was one of his clients.

I am currently a client of this attorney. The only time I get correspondence from them is to ask for more money, and they never respond to my emails - I track my emails and they don't even open them. I have communicated that I will send them the $5.00 fee they request when they send me an itemized accounting of what they've actually done - email still not read. I have never spoken with Gary Bemis - I'd stay away from this firm.
