It's pretty sad I looked you up from Florida for my mother who needs a living Wil drawn up along with a power of attorney she spoke to a nice receptionist who told her that she would have you call her back and two days later no return call so she called again and spoke to the same lady who reassured her that she will have you call her a.s.a.p and here we are a week and half later and still no return call. Either your office don't care or just plainly don't need new clients and if that's the case then just have your employees tell potential clients that. I run a business and I'm very busy myself but I never blow off my customers or potential future clients because without them we would be out of business.

The office staff is very unprofessional. I arrived for a noon appointment at 11:50am on February 4th and we weren't actually seen by Gary until 1:35pm, after given excuse after excuse as to why Gary was late. While waiting in the office, Charlene and the other office staff were complaining about other clients and all the work they needed to do. Their is NO CONFIDENTIALITY with this office staff. Then I waited a month as I didn't hear a thing about the estate to see what I needed to do, and with each phone call nobody would know a thing, so they said Gary would call me...again crickets. When I finally spoke to Gary , we set up an appointment as he acknowledged that his office didn't do a thing for the estate. Then called the next day cancelling the appointment and said that someone would be in contact. After speaking to someone else, I finally had an appointment and GOT NOTHING DONE!! Then covid-19 hit and their was no notification by Gary or his office staff as to what was going to happen during the pandemic. No notification that they wouldn't be in the office, or if work was actually going to be done. After leaving several voice mails wanting an update for the court system, and the office to see what was getting done, I finally spoke to Charlene. She was very snippy and nasty saying the pandemic hit and that the courts are open for e-filing but since they work from home, they don't have the capabilities to e-file. She also told me that I would be lucky if the office opened back up in July to file anything. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?? At least notify your current clients of what your plans are so we know what to expect. Don't just ignore us!! I have gotten more done with my new lawyer after two 45 minute meetings than I have with this office for 6 months!!

Very rude receptionist and highly unprofessional. She raised her voice and gave an attitude. All I was doing was returning a phone call I received, trying to be helpful. I am not looking forward to my next encounter with this office. I had to chose one star in order to post this, otherwise it would have ZERO.

I have been doing business with Mr.Wojtan for many years. I trust Mr. Wojtan and his staff. They are all very professional. I feel very fortunate to have such a competent legal team looking out for my best interests. They are always pleasant and quite knowledgeable.Thank you Mr. Wojtan and staff for always being there when I need you.
