Signed a retainer and went to treatment for a couple days, just to tell me they cannot represent me in this case. Then they don't respond when requesting a release form. Mind you, the legal assistant “runner” was at the scene of my accident and approached me, which is illegal. Also, the physical therapist told me they couldn’t take my case. Nobody from the office contacted me to tell me that! After I text the “runner” telling me what the therapist says, he calls to tell me they can’t take my case. As far as it not being true. To respond… it is true he has some affiliation because he walked us into the Cochoran firm near the Navy Yard by the park. The receptionist knew who he was and also he knew lawyers. We sat in the glass meeting room and filled out Cochran firm paperwork!!!

Tim Whaley was my assigned attorney and he wasted my time for almost a year. They were ineffective and were only looking for a quick settlement. They never had any intention on actually litigating my case and spent as little time on it as possible. I can't believe these white ppl are actually using Johnnie Cochran's gpod name as a way to attract unsuspecting Black and brown ppl who actually need fierce advocates just to have a quick come up. Shame on the attorneys in this firm..dont bother contacting them. I DO NOT recommend.

No good they only go after companies like medical stuff not other issues. Using the name “Cochran” name they need to cover more stuff like police misconduct. It’s what Cochran is known for… criminal and lawsuit not medical this name should change
