He was court appointed for my sister, and has not contacted her, and she has tried to call, and so have i Thurs - Monday. He was out of the office, out of town, and today in the hospital. So, no communication at all is right.

Horrible firm. Took case and shut off all communication. Every time I would call to check in the attorney or his secretary (aka his daughter) would advise to call back the next week. Call again same results. Why accept the case if you cannot perform the work that was agreed to?

So called to provide my change of number and unexpectedly was able to go in for what I thought would be a formal consultation...I understand he has been court appointed to me ... however don't feel like me basically sitting there as he conducted personal business pertaining to some kind of land transaction...im no attorney mind you ...but I don't believe anything I overheard was prudent to my case ....still have yet for him to officially contact me and have some kind of sit down....and my court date is getting here pretty quick ....

It was a pleasure speaking with Mr.Roberts. He put me at ease by thoroughly answering questions about an issue.

Used Mr. Roberts for years. He has always taken care of our needs.
