Pretty much here's the deal with this law firm. Unless you want to do work up front, emails, text, recipes YUP, YOU have to prove to this Attorney that you have a case. HE will not speak to you over the phone for more than a few minutes. In fairness to him the poor man did just return from vacation.???? Mr. Carnese did however immediatelly state that he charges $350 an hour. He was abrupt, rude and one of the most unprofessional lawyers I've ever spoke too.

I can't thank Greg enough for guidance he gave me during a heated custody issue. While I wound up going Pro Se due to scheduling (this was a fault on my end not Gregs I waited till the last possible minute to find a lawyer). He worked with me multiple times to formulate legally what I was trying to do. He also helped reframe how I thought about the evidence I had in a way that helped me a lay person, present everything to the court in a digestible way. Because of him, everything worked out fantastic in court and I can't thank him enough!

Greg took my case when many other attorneys turned it down. He is an excellent attorney who swiftly resolved my issue to get back my security deposit which the landlord(apartment community) wrongfully withheld. Greg is crisp, precise and to the point. On my first phone call I elaborated my case in detail and after that he dealt promptly in emails. He put in a strong initial demand letter to the landlord and then followed up with an even stronger counter offer and ensured the landlord folded their hand to repay me 75% of security deposit. My employer's legal plan paid the dues so can't comment on fees. Go for him if you want a reliable attorney by your side.

Greg, responded promptly to me on 11/22/22, he got back to me after receiving my email and he was very kind and professional on the phone. He referred me to the appropriate people that would help me with my situation. He gave me all the information that I needed and was honest. He answered all of my questions and it was very easy to speak to him about my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone!
