My experiences with Attorney Hernan Castro have been profoundly disappointing and distressing, prompting me to write this review to inform others considering his legal services. During my legal proceedings involving child support issues, I found Mr. Castro’s conduct to be highly questionable and deeply concerning. Mr. Castro was responsible for drafting legal documents that were misleading and contained language that significantly impacted my case adversely. This language was not discussed nor agreed upon during court proceedings, which I believe was a strategic move to disadvantage me in my legal battle. Furthermore, in a crucial hearing regarding my driver’s license suspension, Mr. Castro made statements that were directly contradicted by the facts at hand. It was clear to me that my license was indeed suspended due to actions his office took, yet he informed the court otherwise. This misinformation not only undermined the integrity of the legal process but also put me in an extremely difficult position. Mr. Castro’s approach in court also seemed to involve tactics that felt less like legal representation and more about financial intimidation. In my view, his actions represent a serious lapse in the ethical and professional standards expected of a practicing attorney. If you are seeking an attorney who prioritizes transparent and fair legal practices, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend hiring Hernan Castro.

Very rude to say the least. He won't fight or argue for anything. He is not a man you want to stand up for you. He can't get any real cases only from child support enforcement. He does nothing. Lazy to say the least. Also, because I needed to get back to work, asked him nicely of he could mail me the order so I didn't have to wait another 30 minutes. No. Really? People do have jobs. Unlike him.

This people shouldn’t be allow to practice law in any state. I recommend people to report it to the Florida bar.They help Department of revenue to steal money from single mom and Non-custodial parents They don’t care for the best interest of the child. Infringement of parental rights. I add photos for the people that need help. I’m not a lawyer. I only tell people to do your research. Before going against a strong corrupted government agency

Doesn’t answer the phone, return or acknowledge emails, and doesn’t inform of hearing results. We have to wait for the docket and pay for a copy of the outcome. Provided important documents and nothing was done with them. This cost us to lose out on several thousands in back support. Very unprofessional in responses to other reviews.
