When I needed a will, living will, and health care proxy, I discovered Roy List's law firm. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was explained to me, with all choices spelled out clearly, along with rationale as to why someone might make one choice over another given their personal circumstance. nnNot long ago, my elderly neighbor's husband passed, and she was in need of estate/elder planning advice, so I suggested she meet with Roy List. After an initial consultation and advice from Roy himself, she told me how impressed she was with how kind and patient his staff was throughout the process. She has told me more than once that my recommendation to use Roy List's firm was high among the best things I'd ever done for her (though I think she forgot when I fixed her toilet late one night - LOL). nnAs I write this, my older daughter is expecting a baby girl, and I suggested she and her husband contact Roy's office to make arrangements for the "what happens to the baby, should something tragic happen to them" scenario. I'm fully confident that she and my son-in-law will get sensible and thoughtful advice along with a pleasant experience. nnWhat can I say, Roy and his entire staff are terrific!!
