Scam artist for State Farm who brings people to small claims court but doesn’t officially have them summoned. His brother in-law serves the papers a week before the court appearance in hopes that the defendant doesn’t show. This man should be arrested criminally for abusing the justice system.

I called to verify that a claim was paid out by our insurance company and when the lady who answered the phone said yes I asked so we can disregard this she said yes and hung up. I was only calling for an answer I'm not sure why she was mad. If you don't like your job find another one and don't give people attitude.

Attempted to make good on an old debt. He proceeded to assume I would only make one payment and refused to listen to anything I had to say. After belittling me and yelling at me like I was a child he demanded I pay all of what I owe up front (instead of taking what little I have and a monthly payment) then hung up on me. Never have I been treated so rudely. I will be contacting the BBB.

If u could give 0 stars I would. This is the rudest law office I’ve ever been too. James himself is a very rude person and hangs up on people.

Extermely rude and incompetent attorney. They don't have any moral values. Stay away from them, they are fraud.
