Whole bunch of scammers, calling and harassing my nephew that they will suspend his driver license, that they have wrote to dmv to suspended his driver license. don’t send them your money, money hanger

So rude they kept hanging up in my face every time I try to get to the bottom of the situation I honestly think this is a scam I never had a costumer service rep act the way she did

Very rude, threatening us, adding money to "collection" that was settled last year. They don't know the laws at all an will try to fight you. Told them multiple times to cease all phone calls only to contact by mail. They are refusing an continue to call telling us they can an that we don't know the law. We got a letter in the mail today about offering a settlement offer but they are refusing to make note of the offer an keep refusing. Telling us they don't need to send a rejection letter. Record people. We been doing this an going to present it to the lawyer to sue.

This is a scam 100% I was just literally screamed at by a guy telling me my son had no insurance at the time of his accident 8 months ago when I in fact hold the policy with him as a rated driver and the whole thing was settled within days. I told him to take it up with my insurance company. He was not happy with that response and started yelling again so I hung up and blocked them. People really do suck sometimes. This scamming culture is out of control.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They called me saying I owed money due to an accident that happened over a year ago. I rented a vehicle with enterprise and got into a mild accident. I got insurance on the vehicle beforehand through enterprise so I was not liable for the damages. So I get a called from CNS saying they’re calling on behalf of enterprise trying to collect $2000. I told them I had insurance on it and they told me the insurance didn’t cover all of the damages. So I asked them to email me the contract with enterprise and they sent it to me. I compared it to my statement from enterprise and it was the same statement but didn’t have any details or say I owe any money. So I call enterprise and ask them if I owe them any money and they said I don’t owe anything!!!! Do not entertain this company. You are being scammed.
