Poor execution on behalf of this firm. I signed a contract with Mr. Trevino back in December. I personally feel I was overly diligent throughout my almost 8 month personal injury claim. I had a very difficult time getting in touch with the attorney and was given every excuse under the sun including the fact he was ill and under the supervision of medical staff so he couldn't even go insofar as to return a phone call. Once I bleated out my own legal vernacular I got a meeting with said attorney within the week, can you believe it? The firm literally nickeled and dimed for everything I received, including PIP (personal injury protection) from MY own insurance. Next thing I know the firm is 'closing up shop' in the Corpus Christi area (wonder why, felt like they were making out like bandits and running). I essentially dealt with the paralegal the entire duration, and I was always either calling or sending out an e-mail. This whole experience was exhausting to say the least. You would think for the denomination they received they would be sending me a fruit basket every month like reputable firms do. I got the run-around time and time again on behalf of staff, including their receptionist (which ceased to exist roughly five months in). My recommendation is to go with a more viable and credible attorney; one that cares about their clients as they are the true money makers. It is business, and clients should be considered a top priority because without them, you don't have a business.

I would not recommend this law office. My case is still pending after a year and 2 months. My calls are never returned, very unprofessional.

My experience has been an extremely negative and slow process it is 2.5 years long. There are never any call backs or new information. Its as if I am on the back burner because its not that big of a case, I was rear ended on SPID that caused a minor chain reaction. I am not legally savvy but I do know that as a client I should at the very least be shown some consideration . Its too late to seek other counsel nor would I want to at this point but I am very disappointed with this process and the staffs lack of communication and professionalism.
