Honestly, I was very impressed with the way my case was handled despite the negative reviews. Very friendly and attentive staff. My children and myself were injured in an accident and they made sure all of us got taken care of and that we got to every appointment necessary. Also, thanks to doctor Gensen I am feeling much better as well. I was very impressed and will be referring my friends and family to this law firm.

I have not seen my lawyer and my accident was in April. I've asked his assistant several times that I would like to speak with him and they told me that she wasn't sure when he'll be in. She never return phone calls on time and will not give me a copy of my contract. I told her that I would like to be release from my contract and she told me that it is up to the lawyer. They're unorganized and will not fight your case. If it wasn't for my insurance company that worked hard to recover their money I wouldn't know that the other driver's insurance accepted liability.

Worst experience ever. Rachel was so unprofessional, and unethical. I am definitely calling the State Bar of Texas.

I HAVE YET TP KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN MY CASE....I REGRET EVEN USING THEM.....I MYSELF AND GOING TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION IF I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THEM.....WHEN I GOT RACHEL ON THE PHONE THE VERY FIRST TIME SHE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO IDENTIFY HERSELF....YET SHE HAS ACCESS TO MY NAME SS# ETC. This has been the worst experience ever! They don't keep you informed on your case. They are very rude. The Attorney or his wife Kim are never available to talk to clients. I had a accident over a year ago now and still no settlement and still dealing with the rude staff. I will NOT EVER USE THIS ATTORNEY OR REFER HIM TO ANYONE! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL ITS JUST RIDICULOUS!
