My wife recently lost a parent and we had a lot of questions and no answers, like most people that lose a parent unexpectedly we had no idea where to start. Thankfully I called Jack and his team for help and they were so helpful and honest in getting the answers we needed. Jack, thank you for your honesty and straightforwardness. You gave us a sense of closure and it means a lot to us. You will be our fist pick when your services are needed in the future. Thanks again for helping us through such a difficult time in our lives. Update, not much later. The office has returned my call, and set an appointment. I am updating my review to reflect that. As long as all goes to plan i will update to 4 or 5 stars. See below for original issue: Have tried to work with this law firm on multiple occasions. John Spencer is never available and never returns calls. It's probably because there is no big payday on the other end. But if you can't or won't do a title transfer, then dont say you will. Or even that you will call back. Waste of time, try someone else in town. Anyone else, hell, the minimum criminal justice classes I have taken at Clarkstate Community College probably makes me more qualified to help you than him. I have been pretty pleased so far with Zach Harvey who handled a previous issue for me some months ago and now we are in the midst of another. We did have a miscommunication on an appointment one time but aside from that blip it's been a great experience working with this firm.

John Spencer and Josie Logan were professional, kind, and very helpful every time I met with them. I highly recommend them and I will be contacting this office again in the future.

The Paralegal is friendly and informative however, did not anwser email after offering to look over a purchase agreement. Do not call if you have MetLife legal plan. They will not be helpful and do not seem to like working with legal plan.
