I was a Movant in an eviction case. John Nacca represented the property management. Mr. Nacca kept interrupting me, taking away my turn to talk, and misrepresented my evidence by using it out of context. Further, the eviction warrant was falsified and it enabled him in preventing me from having my evidence presented in another court hearing, which was my right. I consider him to be unethical, rather a shyster, and will be reporting him to the Bar Association. I wasn’t evicted but I was robbed of my rights and suffered permanent injury from his client who breaks the NYS landlord/tenant laws. The judges were no better. They lie on the bench and refuse to hear your evidence. With a racket like this, is it any wonder John Nacca wins?

Takes 2-3 weeks to get back to you on your submitted eviction case online. Little customer service available. By the time they message me back, I've already contacted another lawyer.

Took a retainer from me not once, but twice and after 10 years, the same reoccurring problem came back, and he did absolutely nothing to rectify his mistakes from handling the process incorrectly from the beginning! He ghosted me completely, and never returned any calls in his office staff was terrible! I don’t know how he sleeps at night or anyone who does business like him! Steer clear!

Terrible service!! Do not receive any call backs. I’ve called several times and always leave messages. NO ONE calls you back! I will not use them for real estate closing ever again!
