Very poor customer service! Poor communication! You will have to run them down to find out the progress of your case! I heard more from the other guys insurance company than I did from my my own lawyer! The insurance company let me know that they cut a check for the Law Firm but the Law Firm didn’t inform me! I had to let them know that I knew the check was cut! They handled my situation very poorly and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

John Vaughan's office is amazing! They are very thorough with the process and makes sure you understand what is happening every step of the way! Kelly and staff exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok throughout the process including connecting me to the right people for financial assistance while waiting. They also came together in a very hard time for me just to send words of encouragement. I will NEVER use another law firm pertaining to any of the type of cases that they take in.
