Joe's a great guy. But I closed with him and he and another attorney wanted a document signed, prepaying a tenants rent, with the promise of getting the money back when she paid the new owner. Well, zero follow through, and the tenant still lives in the building I sold 6 months later. Be sure to read what you sign, even if it comes from a lawyer.
