Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer. This lawyer not only gives bad legal advice but he has horrible service and an attitude. I went to him for advice on a situation I was in and not only is he inconsistent with the advice he provides but it was wrong. He doesnt give the impression that he will defend or fight for you and instead find ways to close the issue even if it means theres a bigger consequence you have to take

Called their office and spoke with Joseph. He asked me to email him some information, which I did, and then I didn't hear back for a week. I called them back twice to inquire, and both times they apologized but it didn't change anything. I never heard from them.
