Josh helped me with the purchase of my home. Reviewed all documents with me, making sure I fully understood everything, and that I had personal copies as well. The actual mortgage company, was in a different state & time zone, which presented a few issues that he handled, in a very positive and professional manner. (Like speaking to the clerk at city hall, so she wouldn't kick us out, while we waited for the final transaction to come through at 4:44pm - she gave us till 4:45!)
