Horrible experience. I hired Mr. Collier to represent me in my case. He has a satellite office in Winter Park Florida. I met with an attorney from his firm who was supposed to represent me in my case. I sent several emails and placed several calls to the Winter Park office, all of which were unanswered. After getting a notice from my trustee I again attempted to reach his office in Winter Park. After repeated attempts, called the office in Jacksonville and was finally told that the attorney who represented me has moved out of state and they no longer practice out of the Winter Park office. Apparently, they have decided to start working out of the office again. Now, Mr. Collier works out of both offices. If you want an attorney who follows through on his commitment after taking your money, look elsewhere. He is an attorney who wants volume and does not care about quality or following up with his clients. Maybe a good attorney in Jacksonville, but the Orlando area is a definite NO!

The services at the Orlando, FL office was amazing. Bankruptcy isn't pleasant but Dax made the process easy and it was very smooth. I can't recommend him enough!
