I was the victim of an auto accident. I hired a “name firm” in Tucson ( where I live) and they were terrible. Scott had returned from a trip halfway around the world, yet he still found the time to call and obtain the details of my situation. Then a week later he drove to Tucson to meet me in my home. Scott was clear and upfront regarding the mechanisms of hospitals, insurance companies, and current legislation as it pertains to liens, billing, etc. Scott and his team were aggressive with all entities and I received an amazing settlement in a very reasonable time frame. This was my first and hopefully last involvement with personal injury claims.
