Mark Kratter is a wonderful, generous and kind and patient highly successful and intelligent man who I trust implicitly. He has been helping me for eight years and recently successfully represented me in a motor case and as a result he won the case saving me an enormous amount of inconvenience. I owe so much to Mark. He handled my bankruptcy as well. He is patient and is excellent at what he does. I just recommended my girlfriend to Mark. My boyfriend will be handling his estate with Mark. I do not remember how I found Mark but I am so grateful that I did. I highly recommend him!!

This is a response to the below review of Katie. The case was cancelled by the client and a refund check was sent. The client complained that the refund check was not large enough to American Express and $1,300 was removed from our account. American Express later decided the dispute in our favor and returned the funds to us after we provided documentation. We did not charge anything additional. The client disputed everything including the fee for service of process by the state marshal. Her husband was served by the Marshall and she did not want to pay for it or the majority of services that were provided. An action for dissolution of marriage was filed with the court and later withdrawn at the client's request.
