I found Laura to be compassionate, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When I requested information or action on a specific item, her response was rapid. She was tenacious when dealing with the opposing counselor as well. The only issue that I had, was the absence of a strategy at times. I'm a novice in the divorce arena, so I expected to receive counsel without asking. I felt that if I didn't ask, it wasn't offered.
