We paid off a debt almost 2 years ago, still had wages garnished and haven’t gotten our money back. Now there is a hold on our tax money for this same debt that was paid. Now we can’t get an answer for two weeks because they are working from home.... Edited to add, it did not take 2 weeks to get a call back. Ryan Fishman called us the same day when he was aware of the mistake and immediately e-mailed documents for us to sign to get the garnishment released. He was very nice and professional and apologetic.

Was sued by the Fishman Group for a corporate debt they knew didn't exist. Fishman lied to the Michigan Court of Appeals lieing to the judges that there was a personal guarantee knowing full well there wasn't one. The court of appeals seeing through his lies gave him 14 days to present the personal guarantee, of which he couldn't. The Court of Appeals overturned the lower courts judgement.Mr.Fishman is a lier which is why he was arrested and charged with criminal court behavior. A dirty and dishonest laywer. A criminal!!

Wish I could give no stars. Honestly the rudest, most unprofessional man I’ve ever spoken to in my life. Had recieved a letter in the mail so I called, left a voicemail and the next day recieved a cal back in which I was unable to answer so I promptly called back... when he answered I said this is alivia, returning your call and immediately the rudeness started. He responded with “um actually you’re the one that called me” I was in awe at the fact that this is how we started the conversation. He clearly doesn’t look into cases because he was telling me I bounced a check, which never has happened in my life and when I tried to explain my situation he continued to cut me off and tell me “once you go study law then come back and talk to me” literally the rudest experience I have ever had in my life. Professionalism is obviously not this mans strong suit.

Marc Fishman is a little man that lies and cheats. Time to retire because clearly dementia is setting in. Not only does he lie, he ask his clients to as well in court. Something is fishy about this old man. I cant speak for his son as he was always professional. No one from the clerks to the court staff have any respect for. Judges think his is a joke and know his lies. Do your research first before losing a ton of money like I did. Fishman Sr is clearly fishy. He will only be a low budget debt collector as I have now found out. Also kinda funny for an attorney that has been around so long his reviews only date back 4 months? Fishy again.

From the start, Marc was very patient and explained every step to me in layman terms. He always returned my calls or answered my emails within 24 hrs. When it was time to "fight", he protected me and fought a good, clean BUT strong fight. His level of legal experience was noticeable to all involved. I've never had to use a lawyer before and I thank God that my first time was with the Fishman Group. Marc dispelled the negative pre thoughts I may have had.
