While I’m sure this gentleman is a fantastic attorney, he is not a great customer to deal with. I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Wolf at the White Castle in Troy, MI. He came in and before he could even be greeted he demanded four sliders made fresh. I assured Mr. Wolf that all our burgers are prepared to specifications and that none were sitting out or getting “stale.” After he struggled to use his credit card accurately on the card machine despite my many attempts to help and give instructions, his food was put on a tray and pushed towards him. He stopped and looked at the tray with utter disgust. He then looked at me and my fellow employee and began shouting that he “didn’t want any damn stale burgers!!!”. Again I assured him that all our burgers are on the grill and nothing is sitting out. At this point he got indignant and said “How many times do I have to tell you that I want fresh burgers!!!” I was taken a bit back by his yelling as it wasn’t called for. I informed him that it would take a few extra minutes to prepare fresh burgers for him. He bristled at the notion of waiting but reluctantly walked to the table to await his order. Sir, you gather more flies with honey, so I hope in the future you will be kinder to employees at food establishments.
