I’ve been making payments to this law firm for close to 10 yrs & when I lost my job they lowered my payment for me then during the pandemic I fell behind 2 month & he told me he would cover those payments just to start making payments when my unemployment gets started if you call & your up front with them they will work with you ! Their just doing their job it’s not their fault I was stupid & thought I could get by without insurance

Rudest customer service I've ever encountered. Secretary is the worst most unprofessional, uncompromising, no empathy or consideration for others. I'm shocked she's employed at all.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had! Not God fearing people and wouldn't work with me at all. Made a small situation way worse than it had to be on purpose with hatred.

Even though I don't like paying these guys lol, they are always super nice and are always willing to work with me on my payments....God bless!!!
