Mark did his best defending me , but the legal system for my cases favor women. The courts, prosecutors are biased to the female gender and I could have had Perry Mason as my lawyer and the results would have been the same. I like Mark and recommend him for similar cases. We lost the case but not because of his competence or abilities. We lost because the courts are biased, unfair and the judge that ruled in my case is corrupt and questionable. I have a complaint on him and I hope they get him off the NH bench soon.

I got charged with negligent driving for having snow on my roof (during a snowstorm!) and for driving after my license was suspended which i didnt even know. If i got convicted of either one i was going to be a habitual offense because I had an OUI before. Mark beat both charges for me and saved my license. I would hire him again.
