I was referred to Matthew by another attorney that I have worked with in the past to handle some issues related to corporate real estate licensing. Matthew assisted us with forming a corporation, completing the necessary paperwork for a corporate license and the necessary employment agreements for our broker. Being satisfied with Matthew, we also engaged him to review and update our management agreements. Matthew is with communication and not speaking in "legalese."
