Scott Redmon (who is Mr Harwin's associate) assisted me thoroughly throughout the intricate and harrowing process of being charged and convicted of a DUI. With AZ's tough mandatory minimum laws, there is only so much any attorney can do, especially if the blood alcohol reading is enormously high. Through a plea he was able to have charges reduced and have others from the same traffic stop dismissed. As a former prosecutor ,he knows the ins and outs of the local court/legal system as well as the people. He was able to get our case before a judge who is deemed the most lenient. He is very attentive. He always returned emails or calls in a matter of hours or less, not matter how urgent or trivial the matter-- something busy attorneys aren't typically good about.
