The Office also handles Administrative Per Se hearings with the Department of Motor Vehicles for clients facing DUI charges.

Attorney Michael Scafiddi has been practicing criminal law and personal injury since 1997. Mr. Scafiddi began his legal career as a solo practitioner, but has expanded his practice into a firm which employs seven attorneys and eight staff members. Mr. Scafiddi enjoys an ideal background for defending those accused of crimes: he’s a former police officer and police sergeant. Attorney Scafiddi uses the real-life experience and insight he gained in law enforcement to now serve his criminal defense clients.
