He has no intention of giving competent representation as he despises his clients. Good luck on getting a call back or an appointment after you give him your money. I will be showing the state bar my evidence of his and his office lack of communication. I literally caught them screening my phone calls. I will be directing the state bar to my witnesses for that as well. I know for a fact he will say that I'm some out of control monster but in all actuality, I could care less, Im a free man for a reason. What I care about is the next guy that needs good representation. Let's talk about how pitiful his closing statement was. The man brought cereal boxes into the court room and knocked them over like dominos in a lame attempt to explain to the jury that the prosecution didnt meet their burdon of proof. I have seen little kindergarteners present and explain their little volcanoes better than his closing arguments. Heed this warning if you care about your future. And lastly, brush your teeth you nasty dude. I had to sit next to you smelling your disgusting breath for 2 days while I watched you help the prosecutor as much as you could.

Mr. White and his team have been representing me for about 10 years in family law. I came to his office after not obtaining results with my first Attorney. Mr. White was able to conclude my case in a timely manner. He is direct and very knowledgeable of the law. Mr. White and his amazing paralegal will fight for you. We all have to be aware that court cases take time to be resolved and even longer after a pandemic. His office is great at keeping you informed about the progress of your case by emails or text messages. I would highly recommend this law office.

Call multiple times and phone is never answered. He didnt even show up to court.

I was referred to Mr white by 3 people after being charged for a crime i did not commit. From the 1st day Mr white and his assistants wher upfront about everything and very helpful. Mr white always have me plenty of notice about what was going to happen and when ,with reminders and best part is he got my case dismissed entirely..

I have been back and forth in prayer concerning what I am about to post. This is not a negative review more of a warning to future clients and hoping this will change Mr. White's mindset towards his future clients (wrong or right) that the court appoint him as their public defender. It is never acceptable for a public defender to tell his client's mother, "That's why your son is in jail and not me!" (in the courthouse entrance loud enough that others could hear that was there) At any given time this comment is not acceptable about your client that you are representing. I'm torn as a mother by the many other words that he said, and it spoke volume to me about what type of attorney my son currently have representing him. He is clearly over looking the obvious... Leaving this review might make it worse for my son, because Mr. White is still handling his case at the moment. (My trust is in God to show what is really going on that is being over looked) As I was led to do this by the Holy Spirit, because Mr. White thinks what he said was right and didn't apologize about what he said after I apologized to him for my outburst after I told him that I didn't want to talk to him and I needed to calm down because I was upset in which I wasn't upset because of him. It was the whole situation... but Mr. White didn't respect my wishes and kept explaining to me the procedures. What was playing over and over in my head at the moment was how the prosecutor described my son. I was angry hurt upset feeling guilty and all other things was going on in my mind. (I got it that's the prosecutor's job, but as a parent I still have the right to be emotional, what mother wants to see their child go to jail and to hear someone paint her child as a monster and you know truly is not. I was really trying not to react out of emotions) Since he kept talking, I spoke in a loud voice, "You don't know my son. I live with him every day..." I took what the prosecutor said out on him because of what was rehearsing in my mind at the time. After my apology and honestly explaining to Mr. White through text how his word effected me whether my son was wrong or right as his defender he shouldn't have that type of mindset towards his own client. It clearing shows by his comments that he not for my son. He never apologized nor tried to make me feel any different towards him as my son's public defender. He seemed to careless. In His eyes, my son was wrong bottom-line.
