They took their time and really value as a person, I got more than I probably should have worn my claim and I'm very happy it probably wasn't the biggest case they had but I won no matter what and I came out very well. I will definitely use them again and recommend it any of my friends and family to them if they need a workman's comp claim.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was mislead to believe that I would be awarded more than the offer I received for a work related injury by the insurance company. The settlement I received was less than my original offer. My attorney James Fischer lead me to believe my settlement would include money to go to school which was not the case. The actual day of my hearing he was disheveled and unprepared as he had not looked at any of the documents I gave him prior. The law firm did absolutely nothing except organize my paperwork.
