A2Z Water Heaters gives the BBB much praise. We worked with Grayson King on the filming of a video about our daughter having received the Goggin Scholarship in July of 2019. Grayson did an amazing job creating this video documentary coupling the scholarship award and our business. We are so thrilled to be a part of BBB. It's like being a part of a bigger family. I put in a complaint and they dropped my case for not emailing them back the first day they emailed me. They also said gates don't promise safety or security after my truck was stolen but still allow places advertise that they are a gated community. I also complained about health hazards in my apartment from student housing and I brought up I haven't had a single room inspection and my roommates were health hazards, all they responded with is that the company says they do room inspections. BBB looks out for the business. Not you. Companies and government are too big. Always someone else to blame and you get thrown in circles to figure something out but no one is to blame

DO NOT TRUST CAPITAL CITY MATCHMAKERS I gave them months of opportunities to find a health conscious financially independent man looking for a serious relationship. I received addicts, alcoholics, smokers, people from out of state, people moving out of state, and people who work out of state for months at a time. They even gave my number to an out of state person without my permission and he proceeded to text after numerous requests to stop and hunt me down on other dating sites after I blocked him. These people said I should call the police. Great dating service. When I confronted them about giving out my number without my permission, they acknowledged it at the time and apologized and now they changed their story to say I gave permission to have my number given out. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. This lie convinces me this is a huge scam and there will make up facts to look like they are not at fault. I warn you. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND ANY LIES THEY MAKE TO JUSTIFY HOW THE CLIENT WAS AT FAULT AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Read through the numerous complaints on BBB and yelp. I wish I had. They can't remove the yelp reviews and those are an average of 2. I would have rated them 0 if it was a possibility. Don't let them gaslight you by making up stuff in the responses to turn it on the client. I shouldn't have wasted my money. I hope you are smart enough not to waste yours.
