I am a real estate Agent and I did have a listing and this TITLE company represents the buyers ,Whaooo what a none professional this company is ,beside screaming on the phone Saying that my clients supposed to gave the key of the property without even signing...A DEAL IS DONE WHEN BOTH PARTIES SINGN Simple That was my answer but-she keep saying YOU have to ..next day WHAT SHE DID ,SEND THE COMMISSION TO THE TITLE COMPANY WITHOUT OURS CONCERN...NOT Recommended in a REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION ITS REALLY IMPORTANT THAT ALL THE PLAYERS INVOLVED WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL ROLE.

A liar and a thief. I had the misfortune of trusting her with my escrow deposit in a real estate transaction. She initially quoted me a closing fee but when the final closing disclosure came in, it was several hundred dollars higher. When I complained, she told me that she could not honor the initial quote as she spent more time in my transaction. When my loan got denied, the seller claimed my deposit. She said she would represent me, but for that representation she wanted $1,000.00 to reply to the seller. I declined her services and yet, when I was able to get the seller to release my deposit, this conniving liar took just because $1,200.00 of the escrow deposit. When I complained, she said "take it or leave it". This woman is a crazy psycho con artist, who lies to get the business, does a horrible job, does not represent anyone but herself, and robs you out of your money. She is a liar, and a thief, and she should be disbarred. I would not recommend her to anyone, and I would tell you that if you are considering hiring her, RUN AWAY FROM HER
