I first contacted Nic’s office and spoke with Brian. I was so frustrated and scared of what might come from a real estate boundary dispute of a house that I had just purchased. Brian got me scheduled and reassured me that things would be ok. Nic took the time to explain the details and simplified the legal terminology so that I could better understand. It’s a bit of a complicated base but they have been amazing through this process and have gotten results as we take this case one step at a time.

TERRIBLE LAWYER - DIDN'T DO THE WORK!!! We were introduced to Nic by a long term friend in September 2018. We met with him originally regarding a real estate concern on a project we were "Flipping". In our initial meeting he promised us the stars and asked for a retainer and promised a very favorable outcome within a very short period of time. A couple of weeks go by and absolutely nothing has happened. After several attempts to reach him and having to listen to his paralegal ramble on the phone about why Nic isn't at work or what his legal opinion was (Which was never wanted or appreciated) We finally got a call from Nic asking us to come in and talk. $580 later for a conversation that basically was about him defending himself followed by "Oh I need another $3000" And him again promising big results. We decided to continue to trust him. We have a couple of other matters we asked Nic if he was able to take on for us (Lien on customer for non-payment) being the major one. He again said he had used up our retainer and needed more Money! This process went on for 3 more months. More promises with the demand for more Money. All the while he was very rarely in his office and somewhere along the way decided to raise his hourly rate from $300 to $350 for him and from $100 to $125 for is paralegal, This came with no warning. In short within a 5 month period Mr. Fisher received over $25k and did very little. He got us ZERO results and then when I told him I was having another lawyer look into some things, He called me up yelling and calling me a "F*&%ING Moron" (I have the email of him admitting to this and trying to cover his butt by apologizing) He then again promised to help us. We had another $400 meeting so he could again defend himself. He then again asked for more money or he wouldn't be able to continuing working on things. He did this multiple times right before a deadline that would have a negative impact on us if not met. Finally we fired him!!! Thinking it was over. Nope he then refused to release our records and demanded more money or he would not give us back our property. We hired new counsel and he was then told he was facing a "Bar Complaint" Which is now being filed. It was only at that point that he agreed to give us $1000 and our records back. If we agreed to not pursue the "Bar Complaint" we didn't take his measly $1000 and demanded our records for a final time. he finally released them. We are now having to pay another lawyer to complete what Nic never did but charged us over $25k to do. He will have chance to explain this to the "Bar" very soon. I would not recommend Nic to anyone. He has become a dishonest lawyer. STAY AWAY FROM NICHOLAS FISHER.......

If you are looking for an attorney who is responsive and committed to completing your case in a timely fashion, please do not hire this office. Terrible experience!
