never answer the phones and the front desk lady is rude as hell.

This by far is the most heartless firm. Even through a pandemic they threaten to garnish your only source of income over a HOSPITAL BILL. I can not believe this firm is still standing . A lady was soo disrespectful to me on the phone when I was trying to make a payment . I never experience that customer service in my life . If I can give this place negative stars I would !!!!!!

I was placed in collections and I have been paying them forever so I reached out to the office in the summer and asked them what my balance was. A staff mbr told me I owed a little over 1000, not quite 1100, so I told her to take out 100 (200 a month) to speed up the process.I called today and the staff tells me I owe 850. Wait, what?!?! I dont trust these people at all. Not good people.

We worked with this office recently and were very pleased with our experience. They were accommodating and timely. A friendly, thorough staff and a welcoming office atmosphere.

Firm is a clown show. Don't perform as promised. Cannot even bother to answer phones
