Not sure if he is practicing law anymore.. I've been trying to get a hold of him for a while now and no answer or response back

Richard took my retainer money and did next to nothing. He did not respond to many calls, emails and text messages. Ultimately, I fired him but he kept most of my money. My new lawyer described the case as a "hot mess" when she got it.
