Been going through a cps investigation. Be aware free consultation is only if you have pending court dates because nothing is free. Got thrown out with only able to say a few worlds. I understand it's a business but i just wish they loved their job enough to hear us out. But instead got thrown out to words "I hope it works out" which was a total lie. At the end of the day I arranged babysitting and travel to go all the way out there and I couldn't even get a half hour because I didn't want to spend $300 if I didn't have a case. I would just recommend to go somewhere else where they would sincerely care.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Just called for help...Just to simply get a consultation and it was a huge hassle already right there. I wish I caught the lady's name that "didn't help me". I repeated three times what I was calling for and she still assumed something else and started to talk about that which had absolutely nothing to do with what I called for. I told her that and she's giggling it off like it's cute that she didn't hear me THREE times. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up saying I'd call somewhere else because this is a bad first impression and yet she clearly heard that..got loud with me when she said ok thank you to rush herself off the phone before I can finish saying what I was saying. This Office Staff is very Professional and Helpful. From the Front Office, Paralegals and Attorney's. All very friendly and will walk you through every part of the Court System and what you can expect.
