I enrolled in this program in May 2023, hoping to get help managing my debts. Unfortunately, I just closed my account in March 2025 after realizing I was completely scammed. They took over $10,000 in negotiation fees, but when I called my creditors, I was shocked to find out what little had been done. Only $50 was paid toward one card, $1,000 toward another, and $4,000 toward the last one. On top of that, I’m now being sued by another creditor that the company didn’t even bother to work with. I feel lost and broken. I joined this program because I wanted to do the right thing for my family, but instead, they scammed me out of my hard-earned money. This program is completely misleading. I read another review that recommended working with creditors directly, and I wish I had listened. That’s exactly what I’m doing now, but I can’t get back the money I wasted on this so-called “help.” All I paid were negotiation fees, and nothing was paid off. To anyone considering this program—don’t make the same mistake I did. Work with your creditors directly. I just hope the people behind this feel good when they sleep at night after taking advantage of people like me who were just trying to get back on track.
I strongly advise against using this company or any similar debt counseling services that claim they can “get you out of debt.” In my experience, they sell false hope — promising financial freedom while collecting monthly payments from you. However, instead of paying your creditors, they often hold on to those funds to cover their own fees first. This delay in paying your debts can severely damage your credit and leave you in a worse financial position than when you started. Be cautious and explore all your options before trusting companies like this.
I wish I could give no stars but it wouldn’t let me . At first everything seemed to be going good until it wasn’t. Basically paying them to pay off debt a total waste of money and time. They are like the middle man but you can definitely do this on your own and for cheaper. They couldn’t even tell me where my money was going I made payments that should have knocked out at least 2 creditors but when I checked online nothing changed.. still showing the same balance. Everything was still there as if I never paid anything. I’m basically out of thousands and I’m told I’m not getting it back. If you choose to go with them make sure you’re checking your account status. Do not I repeat do not waste your time or money it’s the biggest scam ever. I just wish I knew sooner. Between the legal fees and settlements you’re basically screwed. I’m not in the habit of paying a company to take my money to pay on my debt.
SCAM! Do not enroll. I thought I was paying off my debt, but instead I am paying more than my original debt. Additional hidden fees and poor negotiations forced me to pay additional costs beyond my original debt. Would've been better off without their program. Complete waste of time and money. Totally fraudulent!
Don’t do it, they scammed my mom over $3k after paying off all her cards and are still trying to take out more money. She an older woman who can’t even speak English. They took advantage of my mom, she’s paid over $12k already in the past 26 months. Enough is enough. You’re better off calling the credit card companies yourself and settling it. If the portal says 100% paid off why are you still stealing money? I’m putting a complaint with the attorney general.
