Robert was invaluable in helping my family and I through a very difficult time. After becoming a recently single parent and having had been a stay at home mom for two years, I did now know how I was going to overcome the new obstacles of being in an allocation of parental responsibilities case over my child whom which I had been the sole caretaker of since birth. On top of all of that, my child’s father sold my home and stole my proceeds. He answered my questions, no matter how trivial; nights and weekends; and reassured me every step of the way that I was not going to spend the rest of my life in a constant court battle with my child’s father and that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. He was on top of all aspects of both of my cases: deadlines, corresponding with opposing counsel, corresponding with the courts, corresponding with me, and in both situations he actively pursued and advocated for out of court settlements because it was what was in my best interest not what was going to put more money into his pocket. Now that all of my court related issues have been resolved, I can focus on spending more time with my family and not have to worry about my family’s future.

No Stars. This lawyer has to be one of the worst. Not only did I know more about his 2 kids and 2 divorces than he ever knew about my case, he BILLED ME FOR TELLING ME ABOUT HIS FAMILY! He withdrew from my case, for 'personal' issues, DAYS before my trial. I was forced to defend myself in court and judgments were issued against me. He charged my family upwards of $10k to file motion's INCORRECTLY. The judge will not even listen to the motion HE BILLED ME TO FILE, as he incorrectly filed it without an affidavit. I would never recommend this lawyer.
