I employed Mr Kendall to help me to get my license back,having failed a number of tests.I found that he was totally ignorant about the roles played by the various members of the Department of Safety Office.nHe appeared to believe that the Ombudsman had the authority to grant permits,which he decidedly does not We spent the better part of four months trying to chase down Mr.Ishmeal Anda,the Ombudsman who was out of town most of the time.Mr Kendall was unaware that the agents in the D.S.O. do not contact clients by phone,but only by mail.He advised me to sit by the phone and to wait until the agent called.I already know that they did not do that, so I did not do that.nI found Mr Kendall to be very controlling and unpleasant to work with.I'm sure he has a lot to success in the past,but his incompetence in my case was stunning.
