Lucia and Mia have always provided prompt and professional services from start to finish in obtaining the visa's. Finally after a long wait got my papers approved. I came to know about the firm after someone recommended me this was early 2019. I initially called them regarding my scenario and they provided free consultation, happy with the consultation i visited the office and met Romney herself. She personally walked me through the process and spent more than 1 hour providing her free expertise. Before this I've had spent almost 7/8 hundreds just to have consultation and those consultation lasted only 10/15 minutes. Upon understanding everything i decided to further my case with Romney. the fees were very affordable compared to other law firms that i had consulted. Everything went smooth until the government changed there were many backlogs of which they could do nothing about which i understand. The only thing i believe that they need to improve is more communication there were times when i was frustrated with how long the process was taking and wanted to communicate with them sometimes it was hard to get hold of them. Once i realized its the process thats taking long everything became easier for me. This is again a personal opinion. I recommend few of my friends some already have their cases approved and some still have cases with them. The other thing was the discrepancies in how they handled the case since i recommended many of my friends i knew what was happening like a friend of mine with similar case like mine was recommended for medical when the he submitted all his documents and i was told to hold until we receive rfe. Probably they handl all the case differently as the nature varies. Overall i would definitely recommend them and they wont break your bank, others are charging almost double than what i paid for. Also it would be nice if they frequently updated the clients regarding the case just to ease them. Thank you.
