I really liked Freddie! She made me feel at ease about the offer and went to the bosses boss when they stayed at a certain number for 2 months and he doubled the outcome!! She said it was like I hit the lottery. I appreciate her help and aggression. The other staff was helpful. My only issue was the communication wasn't as strong as I'd like as far as being engaging and returning calls while I waited for an outcome. I had to call back a few times on a few different occasions which made me feel a little unimportant.
