This 3 star review is based on issues I had with the paralegal/secretary. My husband and I hired Michael 2 years ago to help us with my husbands immigration case which was a success. Michael is a very experienced attorney who I would highly recommend. He was informative and easy to reach throughout the process of my husband becoming a resident. My concern was with his paralegals/assistants. I'm a paralegal as well so I'm aware of how important it is to double check my work and how "small" errors can make for big problems. Every time the assistant would provide me with a document I would find many errors. Things like my husbands last name would be spelt incorrectly even though they were provided with his birth certificate. I understand mistakes happen but things like birth dates, names etc. should not be happening. I would recommend for anyone who hires this attorney to check every single document thoroughly before signing.
