Law Offices Of Scott M. Clark

Reviews

An unethical attorney who has been disciplined by the Arizona bar for filing hundreds of unlawful evictions. And the firm even wrongfully filed evictions against more tenants before the probation for that conduct was even over. Please be aware that this firm has rebranded itself as Clark & Walker. No good. Stay away.
This law firm is incredibly unresponsive. I've been trying to reach them for the past five days to obtain a form necessary for settling my past eviction so I can secure a new place. I haven’t received any response, which is extremely frustrating. It's hard to understand how this place remains in business. They really need to improve their communication.
I'm reaching out for help after experiencing a series of distressing events. In April 2022, I purchased a home with my then-boyfriend, contributing $10,000 towards the move and deposit. Despite my financial investment, he convinced me that my credit score and past eviction made me ineligible to be on the loan. However, I later discovered that he had been dishonest with me, and I was forced to sign a document that led to me losing the home and being evicted. I now have a 95 00 eviction that is preventing me from being able to move anywhere. When I couldn't even qualify to live in this apartment and set it loud and clear I do not make even twice the rent. The paralegal, Kerri Weinhauer, assisted her son in obtaining an apartment that I couldn't afford, and I was coerced into signing a lease. I was told to find a second job to make ends meet, but I eventually lost the apartment due to financial constraints. I'm now facing custody battles and struggling to get back on my feet after fleeing a domestically violent relationship. I'm seeking support and guidance on how to navigate this situation and protect my rights as a mother. I have proof of all the events mentioned and hope to find help before it's too late.
Run, do not walk, from this firm. After receiving an e-mail from Colin Clark expressing his supposed interest in settling my small claim, I provided the information he requested right away by the method he stated (e-mail) and then I never heard from him again, after numerous e-mails and a voice mail. I had no choice but to file a bar complaint with the Arizona Bar Association. I am surprised their online Google review rating is as high as 2.9 (not that that's good, of course).
These dudes sent me an eviction notice, threatening to evict me from an apartment. I never lived in or had a lease with. Good luck with that one ????
