Alter documents steal homes for a living..... Criminal enterprise but there are times that's coming
Was offered a closing date on a cash purchase property. On the day of closing,( after both my husband and I taking a day off ) I was told the paralegal had to take a half day the previous day and the closing may not happen. It was not until 1 pm, that a realtor (not our realtor) emailed saying it was impossible to close today. I have called, no response, emailed , no response, I was told FEDEX would deliver documents... still waiting,,, no tracking number provided. If you have a choice- choose a different attorney office!
The worst company to deal with in the nation. It took them over 6 month after closing and my deed was still not recorded. The response time and how they handled the issue was horrible experience for me. I would highly recommend staying away from doing any business with this company.
Have done several short sale and REO deals with them. Can't say enough good about the team of Mario Arena and Anne Fischer as his paralegal. Always recommend them for this type of real estate
DI CARO, JOHN A on 05/31/2018 SHAPIRO, DICARO & BARAK, LLP MUST GO TO FEDERAL PRISON Theoretically, an attorney well-versed in federal criminal law could make some bucks doing work for other inmates. Even an attorney who practiced in other areas could make some money if they put their mind to learning federal law (as some self-taught jailhouse lawyers have done).
