Shelly Kennedy and her office is great. I had her for a custody case. This is my third time having to go through this, wish I found her the first time. With one day notice Shelly took the time to understand my case. Other attorneys that I met with I felt didn't take the time to understand a normal custody agreement is not always best especially when you have a child with mental health issues. She and her office worked hard and kept me updated during the 7 month process.

Not professional at all she wanted to do what she wanted as in filling motions....she would show up to court late and for get about the court dayes very disrespectful in all matters i would not have her for any court case she backed out of a custody battle for my daughter... Did not refund my money she will tell u what you want to here to take ur money.

On very short notice, I contacted Attorney Shelly Kennedy's office on a Saturday for a district court hearing to be held on Monday. Atty. Anderson was working over the weekend, took my call, immediately went to work and faxed her appearance over to the court on the same day (Saturday!). I felt reassured and relieved for her legal intervention. That Monday, Atty. Kennedy appeared in the district court case and not only resolved the issue, but achieved an outcome much greater than I anticipated. She was awesome! I highly recommend Atty.
