I hired Jerry, and initially I wasn't sold on the guy. I have worked with Lawyers and actually many of my friends in other states are lawyers and I find them big on bragging, little on results. I told Jerry how I felt, and he went through the process, he was open, accessible, worked with my schedule and budget, and stayed past five pm twice to work with me. He prepared me for trial. He changed my view. Jerry went in to the trial, initially alone, and simply intimidated the Trolley Police so bad, the guy didn't show up for the actual trial. He did this with his knowledge of the law, facts and the knowledge of being a police officer for such a long time. I faced a Trolley Police Officer that, in my view, lied, had low morals and put me at risk of losing some professional capabilities. Jerry evened the field that is so tilted towards any law enforcement, I feel someone to go into a court room with out an attorney a fool, and a smart guy would hire Jerry. No matter how silly the ticket may be. I wish I could have seen him actually do something on the stand. But the results were great!
