Did you know the CA Lemon Law applies to motorcycles, too? I hired Sotera to represent me after my brand new motorcycle kept breaking down. The bike was repaired at the dealership multiple times for the same problem, and I no longer felt safe commuting to work with it. LIFE SAVER! I can not begin to say how grateful I am to this Law office. My car was over 4 years old almost 100,000 miles on it and I had issue after issue with my SUV over those 4 years. The dealer would repair several issues, however more problems would then arise after one issue was corrected. I reached out to Sotera Anderson and explained my concerns. I highly recommend Sotera Anderson if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of buying or leasing a lemon. She was very professional and responsive. While COVID did slow the process a bit, MB bought back our leased lemon and we were able to recuperate all of our expenses, lease payments, down payment etc. Its completely worth having representation so you don't have to deal with all the nonsense on your own.
